Terms of use

Stub. Last updated 2026-06-10. The full terms of service for the hosted product are in progress. This stub documents the terms of using the open spec, the v0.1 hosted preview, and the reference Python verifier.

Open spec · Apache-2.0

The HumanAccepted spec, the reference Python verifier, and the example receipts are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You can use, modify, and redistribute them, including for commercial purposes, as long as you preserve the copyright notice and the license text.

v0.1 hosted preview

The hosted preview at humanaccepted.ola-turmo.workers.dev is provided as-is, for evaluation only. There is no SLA, no uptime commitment, and no data-retention guarantee. Do not use the hosted preview for production workloads. The hosted preview is a development build of the v0.1 primitive; it is not the released product.

Acceptable use

• The hosted preview is a public service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, that infringes intellectual property, or that contains personal data you are not authorised to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service. There is no auth on the demo endpoints, but the service is rate-limited and abuse will be logged and blocked.
• Do not present receipts issued by the preview as legal evidence. They are demo material, issued by a development build with auto-generated signing keys.

No warranty

The hosted preview and the reference implementations are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the use of the hosted preview or the spec.

Trademarks

"HumanAccepted" is a product name. The name and the logo are trademarks of Ola Turmo. Use of the trademarks in marketing or product names that suggest endorsement is not permitted without written permission. Use of the trademarks to refer to the open spec in technical writing is fine.
